ADMISSIONS
OPEN
Admissions are encouraged well in advance of the commencement of the
academic year. Each applicant undergoes an academic assessment to ensure appropriate placement in accordance with the grade indicated on the leaving certificate from their previous school, and Keswick reserves the right to grant or decline admission based on the outcome of this evaluation. The medium of instruction at Keswick is English, and to promote linguistic and cultural development, Tamil is offered as a second language while Hindi is taught as a third language.

Keswick is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi, and offers graded courses of study spanning fourteen years, from Nursery to Class 12, with English as the medium of instruction. Moving beyond the traditional model in which learning was imposed, rigid, and largely passive, the school embraces a child-centered approach to education in which each student is placed at the heart of the curriculum. The programme is thoughtfully designed to recognize the individuality of every learner and to foster an atmosphere of relaxed, positive, and respectful relationships between teachers and students.
